25 steps practice in Jan, 2010

한달에 한번쯤은 시간을 내서 하고 있는 "25 STEPs" 
집문을 열고 나와서 딱 25 걸음을 걸어가 멈춰서서
360' 를 둘러보고 사진을 찍는 연습.
매일 지나치는 곳은 눈에 익숙해져서
디테일을 놓치기가 쉽기 때문에..
그 익숙함이라는 녀석과의 씨름 한 판..

For instance,
예전에 친척 동생이 미국 집에 처음 와서 여기저기 사진 찍는 모습을 보고는
"왜 저걸 찍고 있을까.." 하고 생각하다가  문뜩
나역시 처음엔 같은 곳에서 같은 사진을 찍었던 기억이...

Anyway,
지쳐있는 뇌를 사용해서 잠시 생각해봐도
같은 장소일지라도
하루 하루
다른 빛이 비추고있을테고
온도가 다르고
바람도 다르고
구름도 다르고
지나가는 차도 다르며
어제는 없던 쓰레기도 있고
이웃의 표정도 다르고
더 활짝 핀 꽃도 있으나,

단지 오늘도 어제와 같은 것이 있다면..


이 모든 새로운것들을 바라보는 몽롱한 내 두눈과 혼탁한 내 정신뿐인듯 하다.
